To join LPCA you must be 18 years or older and own or lease a residence within the Lyon Park boundaries of Arlington Boulevard, Irving Street, Tenth Street and Washington Boulevard. The fee is $10 per household annually.  You must be a member of the LPCA in order to vote at meetings and get member rates to rent the Community House. LPCA does not currently accept applications for membership from organizations.  The LPCA fiscal year and membership cycle is from July 1 to June 30.
